Polycrystalline diamond drawing dies

PCD dies can be used for any type of wet and dry wire drawing process, especially for large size where demanding wear is a problem, but surface finish is less critical. PCD dies workinglife is longer than tungsten carbide dies, natural diamond dies and single crystal diamond dies.

Sepcification:

PCD dies is available from  0.03mm to 20.0mm for wire drawing.

PCD dies is avilable form 0.50mm to 40.00mm for cable stranding.

Typical application:

PCD wire drwing dies are sutable for various black and non-ferrous metal rods and wire diameter, usually used for stainless steel wire, steel wire, welding wire, aluminum wire, copper wire and tire cord drawing etc.
